Of course, I don't pretend to have the answers to all problems, or even complete answers to the problems discussed here. In most case, I can suggest only a partial solution. But a partial solution is better than no solution at all.

Capital Punishment

I tend to favor capital punishment for the most heinous crimes. However, many others disagree. We should listen to them.

A tax on lawsuits is the way to discourage frivolous ones.
